This is actually the first cart extension ever made for the Dreamweaver
UltraDev by Rick Crawford of PowerClimb. Since the PowerClimb site
doesn't exist anymore, it can be found on this site the ASP version
of this cart re-adapted by Felixone for DW MX, DW MX2004 and DW 8,
but the rights belongs all to the original author. Or you may find
the original at the Adobe
Exchange.
In addition the free add-on is provided by Felixone which is the author.

MX Shopping Cart (commercial)
The first cart ever appeared on Macromedia Exchange for DW MX, using
the PHP MySQL server model, by Felixone. This is a budget concern product
which provides the basics to build a cart application from 'add to
cart' to checkout and order submit. The user may add some other commercial
modules depending on his need.
