Use this behavior when you want to hide the rating form once the user has already rated the item, just define an alternative message to display instead of the form. Note that even you will not hide the form the user will not be able to rate anyway after the first time. To apply it select first what you want to hide, for example the input element and the submit button then apply the behavior.
